D’ Pie Minister Yhaaron Walkins yet Minister

AT just 26 years old, Malabar resident Yhaaron Walkins is already a successful entrepreneur. His pastry pie business, D’ Pie Minister, has become a staple in the heart of Arima.

Walkins currently sells pies out of the back of his car at the corner of Farfan Street and Queen Street in Arima. He bakes 300 to 400 pies daily, including a variety of flavours such as cheese, beef, chicken, fish, smoked herring, currants rolls, sausage rolls, ham and cheese, beef and cheese, plantain and jam tarts.
